Parents are requested to give 3 month’s notice and withdrawals of their ward  or otherwise TC. will not be issued and 3 month’s fee will be charged. This decision
of the school authority is not questionable.

Fees:

  1. All Fees are non-refundable.
  2.  All fees are to be paid strictly in advance by the 10th of every month or
    else a fine of 10/- will be charged per delayed day.
  3. Fees for the full calendar Year (i.e. 12 Months) will be charged. No.
    concession or reductions are made for the broken period.
  4. Delay in payment of dues beyond two months renders the students liable
    for removal from the school.

Admissions :

Admission are usually held in April to July for the following academic a which Registration should be made on the prescribed form before the middle 5 March. Forms are available in school office in December.

Children seeking admission to Nursery Class should have complete 2.5 years. first of April of that academic year. A child must be at least 5 years old on 1st at
the academic year in which admission is being sought for admission in class 3  subsequent classes, the eligible age would be reckoned again with reference to April with a proportionate increase over 5 years.

Age Eligibility : LKG (2.5 Yrs.), UKG (3.5 yrs.), & Prep (4.5 yrs.) Onwards

Transfer Certificate.

There will be a interview of the child before he/she is selected for admission day and data intimated at the time of registration.

The schedule of registration, selection and declaration of the name of chi being granted admission would be notified in advance the school Principle.

Registration Forms, complete in all respect and accompanied by all the ‘ document must be submitted to the Principle’s Office within the prescribed
Attested copy of the birth certificate is a must for admission to 1st.

Promotion :

  1. A student who fails twice in a class shall leave the school.
  2. On the basis of the marks obtained in the unit tests, examinations and over all promotion shall we granted.
  3. 75% of attendance is compulsory.

Guideline for Student Conduct

  1. You should always maintain cleanliness and dress neatly.

  2. On all school days and during functions, proper attire is mandatory.

  3. Pupils who are not properly dressed or fail to follow the school’s dress code may be sent home by the Principal.

  4. It is necessary for students to obey the class monitor and maintain discipline, especially in the teacher’s absence.

  5. Punctuality is essential—students must arrive on time, assemble in an orderly manner, and be at their designated places when the morning bell rings.

  6. Students should always be polite, courteous, respectful, and well-disciplined both inside and outside the school.

  7. School property must be handled with care. Writing on walls, damaging furniture, or mishandling others’ belongings is strictly prohibited. Any damage, even if accidental, must be reported immediately and compensated for.

  8. Buying food from street vendors outside the school premises is strictly forbidden.

  9. Any communication from the school must be conveyed to parents promptly.

  10. Parents must schedule meetings with teachers in advance and obtain permission from the Principal.

  11. Before leaving the classroom at the end of the day, students must arrange desks and chairs properly, switch off lights and fans, close windows, and dispose of waste in the dustbin.

  12. Private tuition from school teachers is not permitted.

  13. Students suffering from infectious diseases are not allowed to attend school until they have fully recovered.

  14. Expensive gifts and sweets should not be sent for birthdays or festivals.

  15. Wearing jewelry is prohibited, except for small earrings for girls.

  16. The Principal has full authority to refuse admission or issue a transfer certificate for disciplinary reasons.

  17. Leave is granted only upon a written application from a parent or guardian for genuine reasons.

  18. Parents, guardians, or visitors are not allowed to interact with students or teachers without the Principal’s permission.
